The basics of budgeting.As you’re probably aware, the purpose of crafting a budget is to make sure you’ll be able to purchase everything you need on the income you’re receiving.It’s pretty basic math. Your income goes in one column. Your necessary expenses go into anot her column. Then you subtract those expenses from your income, and whatever is left over can be used for savings, paying down debt, and fun stuff.If there isn’t anything left over after subtracting all of your necessary expenses … well … you’re going to have to find a way to get more income or fewer expenses.So that’s how you make a budget! There are some good ways you can incorporate technology into the envelope budgeting method.“So buying with cash is a pain, and while thats good, its still a pain,” explained Matt Matheson of  Method To Your Money (@method_money). With things moving towards being completely digital, I felt like the old-school envelope budgeting system needed an upgrade.Thats why Matheson developed the Envelope System 2.0, which gives the cash-only system a 21st-century twist. Heres how he described it:“Basically, its a hybrid system between using cash and debiting transactions from your bank account. For my wife and I, we use old-school envelopes for things like clothes, kids items, cosmetics, going out, and for her fun money. And we have digital envelopes for things like trav el, car maintenance, gifts, my fun, home maintenance, and property taxes.“At the start of the month, we sit down and have a budget meeting. This is where we go over last month’s expenses to see how we did, and we look at the anticipated expenses of the month ahead. Based on this, we split up all of our income into either a cash envelope or a digital one, as we run a zero-based budget.“At the beginning of each month, I stroll into the bank to get out a wad of cash. I have my list of envelopes I need cash for (all on my very handy, and FREE, EveryDollar app), which we use to track our spending) and I add them all up and determine my total amount and which denominations I need. Since I’m ‘weird,’ I’m very well known in several bank branches in the area for being ‘that guy with 20 accounts who does that envelope thing.’“Typically the cash envelopes are used for more common, everyday things. They also tend to be things that if we weren’t watching closely, we could e asily overspend on. For example, we use a regular envelope for groceries and kids items. If we didn’t keep an eye on our budget for these items, they could easily spiral out of control.“My wife really loves using the cash as having the visual of how much money is left is super important and helpful. She knows exactly how much money is left for each category, and it frees her up to spend as much of it as she wants. It was also nice to be able to see the cash build up over the months if it wasn’t spent and to know that she didn’t have to worry about overspending. When it was gone, it was gone. If there was money left she could spend like it was 1999.“The digital envelopes, on the other hand, are typically for purchases that I make or ones that may be larger. These may be things like home repairs or when I need to get work done on the car. The digital envelopes work very simply. When I get work done on the car, for example, I’ll usually pay with my credit card (I try to get as many points as I can!). I take the receipt and keep it in my wallet. If I pay with my debit card, I do the same thing.“Every few weeks, I’ll sit down to pay our bills and organize the receipts. When I come across the one for the car repair, if it was a debit purchase I’ll transfer the funds from the car maintenance account to the general chequing account. If something was purchased on a credit card, I wait until the bill comes in. Then my wife and I sit down and determine which accounts to transfer money from to pay the bill. Once all the money has been transferred into our chequing account, we pay the bill.“It’s easy. Painless. Convenient. And quick. It also prevents us from overspending. And then whatever we dont spend in each category gets saved in that account.”Budgeting for a better tomorrow.Whether you use the old envelope method, the new one, or some combination will depend on your situation. Maybe you’ll even come up with a new twist that works especially f or you!But whichever budgeting system you end up choosing, what matters most is that you make a budget, period. Once youve taken control of your money, you can start  saving up for big purchases, putting money aside money for retirement, and building your emergency fund.These kinds of financial buffers are the thing that will save you from having to rely on short-term bad credit loans and predatory no credit check loans like payday loans, title loans, and cash advances when times get tough. Even your relatively safer bad credit options like installment loans pale in comparison to just being able to dip into your savings.No matter which budgeting method you decide to choose, its going to be a hassle. Cleopatra VII is usually just known as Cleopatra, though she was the seventh royal Egyptian ruler to bear the name Cleopatra. She was the last of the Ptolemy dynasty to rule Egypt. She, like many other Ptolemy rulers, first married one brother and then, on his death, another. When her third husband, Julius Caesar, took Cleopatra back to Rome with him, she certainly caused a sensation. But did the color of her skin have anything to do with the controversy? Theres no record of any reaction to the color of her skin. In whats called the argument from silence, many conclude from that silence that she did not have dark-colored skin. But an argument from silence only indicates possibility, not certainty, especially because we have little record of the motivation for those reactions. Depictions of Cleopatra in Popular Culture Shakespeare uses the word tawny about Cleopatra—but Shakespeare wasnt exactly an eyewitness, missing meeting Egypts last Pharaoh by more than a millennium. In some Renaissance art, Cleopatra is portrayed as dark-skinned, a negress in the terminology of that time. But those artists were also not eyewitnesses, and their artistic interpretation may have been based on trying to depict Cleopatras otherness, or their own assumptions or conclusions about Africa and Egypt. In modern depictions, Cleopatra has been played by white actresses including Vivien Leigh,  Claudette Colbert, and  Elizabeth Taylor. But the writers of those movies were, of course, also not eyewitnesses, nor are these casting decisions in any sense credible evidence.  However, seeing these actresses in these roles may subtly influence what assumptions people have about what Cleopatra really looked like. Are Egyptians Black? Europeans and Americans became quite focused on the racial classification of Egyptians in the 19th century. While scientists and most scholars have by now concluded that race is not the static biological category that 19th century thinkers assumed, many of the theories around whether the Egyptians were a black race assume race is a biological category, not a social construction.   It is during the 19th century that attempts to classify the Egyptians into what were assumed to be the key races were common.  Whether other people of nearby lands—Jews and Arabs, for example—were white or Caucasians rather than Negroid was also part of this argument.  Some argued for a separate brown race or Mediterranean race. Some scholars (notably  Cheikh Anta Diop, a Pan-Africanist from Senegal) have argued for a sub-Saharan black African heritage of the Egyptians. Their conclusions are based on such arguments as the Biblical name Ham and the naming of Egypt as kmt or the black land. Other scholars point out that the association of the Biblical figure of Ham with dark-skinned sub-Saharan Africans, or a black race, is relatively recent in history, and that the black land name for Egypt has long been held to be about the black soil that is part of the phenomenon of Nile flooding. The most commonly accepted theory, outside the Black Egyptian theory of Diop and others, is whats known as the Dynastic Race Theory, developed out of research in the 20th century. In this theory, the indigenous people of Egypt, Badarian people, were invaded and overrun by Mesopotamian people, early in Egypts history.  The Mesopotamian people became the rulers of the state, for most of the dynasties of Egypt. Was Cleopatra Egyptian?   If Cleopatra was Egyptian in heritage, if she was descended from native Egyptians, then the heritage of Egyptians in general is relevant to the question of whether Cleopatra was black. If Cleopatras heritage was not Egyptian, then the arguments about whether Egyptians were black are irrelevant to her own blackness. What Do We Know About Cleopatras Ancestry? The Ptolemy dynasty, of which Cleopatra was the last ruler, was descended from a  Greek Macedonian named Ptolemy Soter. That first Ptolemy was established as ruler of Egypt by Alexander the Greats conquest of Egypt in 305 B.C.E. In other words, the Ptolemies were imperialist outsiders, Greeks, who ruled over native Egyptians. Many of the Ptolemy ruling family marriages were incestuous, with brothers marrying sisters, but not all the children born in the Ptolemy line and who are ancestors of Cleopatra VII are known to have had both father and mother who were Ptolemies. Here is the key evidence in this argument: We are not certain of the heritage of Cleopatras mother or her paternal grandmother. We just dont know for sure who those women were. Historical records are not conclusive of what their ancestry is or what land they come from. That leaves 50% to 75% of Cleopatras ancestry and genetic heritage unknown—and ripe for speculation.   Is there any evidence that either her mother or paternal grandmother was a black African? No.   Is there any evidence that either of those women were not black Africans? No, again. There are theories and speculation, based on sparse evidence, but no certainty where either of these women came from or what might be, in nineteenth century terms, their racial heritage. Who Was Cleopatras Father? The father of Cleopatra VII was Ptolemy XII Auletes, son of Ptolemy IX. Through his male line, Cleopatra VII was of Macedonian Greek descent.  But we know that heritage is also from mothers. Who was his mother and who was the mother of his daughter Cleopatra VII, the last Pharaoh of Egypt? Standard Genealogy of Cleopatra VII In one standard genealogy of Cleopatra VII, questioned by some scholars, Cleopatra VIIs parents are Ptolemy XII and Cleopatra V, both children of Ptolemy IX.  Ptolemy XIIs mother is Cleopatra IV and Cleopatra Vs mother is Cleopatra Selene I, both full sisters of their husband, Ptolemy IX.  In this scenario, Cleopatra VIIs great-grandparents are Ptolemy VIII and Cleopatra III. Those two are full siblings, children of Ptolemy VI of Egypt and Cleopatra II, who are also full siblings—with still more intermarriages of full siblings back to the first Ptolemy.  In this scenario, Cleopatra VII has Macedonian Greek heritage, with little contribution from any other heritage for generations.  (The numbers are an addition from later scholars, not present in the lifetimes of these rulers, and may obscure some ambiguities in the records.) In another standard genealogy, Ptolemy XIIs mother is a Greek concubine and Cleopatra Vs mother is Cleopatra IV, not Cleopatra Selene I.  Cleopatra VIs parents are Ptolemy VI and Cleopatra II rather than Ptolemy VIII and Cleopatra III. Evidence for a Black Cleopatra: Flawed Unfortunately, the modern proponents of the Black Cleopatra theory—starting with J. A. They make other claims (like that Cleopatras brother, whom Rogers thinks is her father, had obvious black features) without evidence. Winter Skate Characteristics and Information

The winter skate (Leucoraja ocellata)  is a fish - a type of  cartilaginous fish that has wing-like pectoral fins  and a flat body. Skates resemble a stingray, but have a thicker tail that doesnt have any stinging barbs. The winter skate is one of dozens of species of skates.  . Description: Skates are a diamond-shaped fish that spend most of their time on the ocean bottom. Their gills are on their ventral side, so they breath through spiracles  on their dorsal side. Through the spiracles, they receive oxygenated water. Winter skates have a rounded appearance, with a blunt snout. They look similar to little skates (Leucoraja erinacea).  Winter skates can grow to about 41 inches in length and up to 15 pounds in weight. On their dorsal side, they are light brown with dark spots, and have a lighter, translucent patch on each side of their snout on front of the eyes.   Their ventral side is light with brown blotches. Winter skates have 72-110 teeth in each jaw. Stingrays can protect themselves with stinging barbs on their tail. Skates do not have tail barbs, but have thorns in various places on their body. On young skates, these thorns are on their shoulders, near their eyes and snout, along the middle of their disc and along their tail. Mature females have large thorns on the posterior edge of their dorsal fins and spines on their tail, along the edges of their disk and near their eyes and snout.   So although skates cannot sting humans, they must be handled with care to prevent being punctured by the thorns. The eggs develop in a capsule commonly called a mermaids purse - and then are deposited onto the ocean floor.   Once eggs are fertilized, gestation lasts for several months, during which time the young are nourished by the egg yolk.   When the young skate hatch, they are about 4-5 inches long and look like miniature adults.   The lifespan of this species is estimated at about 19 years.   Conservation and Human Uses: Winter skates are listed as endangered on the IUCN Red List. They take a long time (11-12 years) to become old enough to reproduce and produce few young at a time. Most of preschool interactions occur during play, which reflects the four levels of social interaction (solitary play, parallel play, associative play and cooperative play). Play also allows boys to express themselves through dramatic play and to learn how to negotiate social-emotional challenges. It is through imaginary scenarios that young children work through family situations, pretend to be, negotiate role and problem-solve other real-life situations (Groper et al. , 2011, p. 36). Movement is a hallmark of early childhood and dramatic changes occur in both gross motor skills and fine motor skills (McDermott Ramrod, 2013, p. 164). Level Weights believed that the adults in the society foster children’s learning, engage children in meaningful and challenging activities and help them make sense of their experiences. Weights emphasized the importance of adult guidance in promoting cognitive achievements. Children’s learning involves the acquisition of information from others and deliberate teaching. Development occurs as the child internalizes, be able to think and solve the problem without the help of others, this ability is called self-regulation. There are three key concepts in Weights theory, which are a zone of proximal development (ZAP), scaffolding and private speech or self-talk. As Monterey being observed, he clearly shows one of the key concepts of Weights theory, Private speech or self-talk. There are many times when he is working on play dough, puzzles and building blocks, he usually talks himself out loud about his plan in what to do next. When thought and language first merge, children often talk to themselves. Self-talk serves an important function in cognitive development. By talking to themselves, children learn how to guide their own behavior through complex maneuvers (McDermott Ramrod, 2013, p. 17) and self-talk increases when children are performing more challenges task. Language development in children age three to seven years is tied with their thoughts, during these years, children talk aloud to themselves. After a while, self-talk becomes internalized so he children can act without talking out loud (Gordon Browne, 2013, p. 09). Children talk to themselves for self-guidance, self-direction and help children think about their behavior and plan for their actions. ZAP and scaffolding are also important keys in helping children develop their cognitive skills. ZAP helps hillier master their skills with the assistance of another skilled person and scaffolding is a useful structure to support children’s lea rning. The primary grade children will normally be spent working through Erosion’s fourth stage, industry versus inferiority. They contribute to their sense of industry and accomplishment. During this stage, children start to prove that they are â€Å"grown up† or â€Å"l can do it myself† stage. Most children make great strides in terms of their ability to recognize emotions in themselves and others, control their emotions and communicate about their emotion with language. As Kimberly was being observed, her emotional regulation continues to evolve. She can substitute one activity to another, change the way they think about troubling situation. Only one thing that she tends to do is keeping her feeling to herself. According to McDermott Ramrod (2013), elementary and middle school students also tend to keep their feelings to themselves that suggest they are vulnerable (p. 37). Kimberly tends to move on to the new thing and does not like to be asked about the problem that bothers her. Throughout the school year, children have opportunities to face many circumstances to develop their emotional regulations and how to properly express their social expressions. Most children have a similar appearance during middle childhood, the body size increases and their legs are longer in pr oportion to the body. This steady growth results in an increase in height and weight. Girls mature somewhat quickly than do boys. As children progress through middle childhood, they become increasingly sensitive about their physical appearance (McDermott Ramrod, 2013, p. 165). This shows in Kimberly perspective of others in their appearances. She likes to ask why people wear certain types of outfit, hairstyles and the way people look. McCarthy possesses an extremely narrow vision condition of the human and almost no vision of the subtler complexities of human feeling and thought. These deficiencies began to be evident in the early fiction but were to a degree camouflaged by the high elegance of the prose and the idiosyncratic originality of the fictional forms. In the first two books of the Border trilogy they have become more clearly visible, because the prose is no longer elegant and the form is wide open and relentlessly picaresque (Aldridge 97). Another bond between the two novels, is the sharing of character traits. The protagonists, John Grady Cole, and Billy Parham from All the Pretty Horses and The Crossing, respectively, share similar quests and themes. The two Border Trilogy novels have shown characters who love and weep and seem to have much in common with that part of the human species not labeled as murderers and evildoers (Richey 141). John and Billy both traveled to Mexico on multiple occasions, giving the novels the label The Border Trilogy. However even though they had alike characteristics, their purposes for traveling were different and they both went about achieving their goals in different manners. While Billy focused on the need to mete out a personal justice, John rushed headlong into the swirling chaos which surrounds him (Young 99). McCarthy, being the genius that he is, also tied the two books together with character, by ending both novels in the same fashion. At the end of The Crossing Billy, like John Grady, is on the road again, drifting from one menial job to another, having nothing to show for his wandering and presumably destined to come to nothing (Aldridge 96). How does McCarthys use of character tie into his style? Its simple. McCarthy is able to use parallel themes between these novels which gives the sense of a sequel. The Crossing is not a traditional sequel; it is not a continuation of a story in the normal sense, but an extension of themes, setting and character (Young 99). Theme will be explored more deeply later in this essay, but to show the parallels which create the notion of a sequel, John Grady and Billy Parhams connection in terms of theme should be investigated. Two of these such themes are Young men in search of their place in the world fate versus destiny (Young 99), and The mystery of the bond between siblings/ friends (Ryan 1822). McCarthys style of putting men against the rest of the world is evident throughout all of his novels. To show how McCarthy brings forth symbols, motifs, and themes, we must first explore his original use of these techniques within his writing. The Border Trilogy, contains all of these techniques so, all of the examples will be coming from either All the Pretty Horses or The Crossing. Strong writing, needs strong bonds. The bonds that hold together McCarthys works are the themes of his novels. Not only does McCarthy have themes that are found in other authors novels, but he has themes of his own. Common themes are Fate versus destiny and familial separation (Young 95), whereas one of his original themes is Adolescent boys riding into Mexico and finding themselves caring, losing and learning what dimensions of life mean (Richey 140). Themes can be found sporadically or placed in certain orders throughout a novel. McCarthy utilizes both of these particular style, yet he also use motifs to show his original form. A motif is a recurrent thematic element in an artistic or literary work (Microsoft). Motifs are not new by any means. However, McCarthys use of them is somewhat new and original in nature. He is able to not only create motifs throughout singular novels, but have multiple novels tied together with the same motif. The major events in the remainder of The Crossing are apparently intended to serve as counterpoint to those of the first section, since they involve a reoccurrence of the opening motifs of violent death and the transport and burial of a corpse, this time human rather than animal (Aldridge 96). In The Crossing, McCarthy tied together the wolfs gut-wrenching thematic death to Boyds violent climactic death. In All the Pretty Horses, McCarthy tied together John and Rawlins stupid choice to find work in Mexico to their heroic run from the law. McCarthys best examples of motifs arent just tied into the Border Trilogy. McCarthy has one motif that is shared in all of his novels. This not only makes him a unique author, but a literary genius. For McCarthy, blood clearly symbolizes life as a mean end, and for him its connection is constantly threatened by the reality of evil portrayed in violence (Richey 141). Characters play important roles in expressing theme in McCarthys novels. In the Border Trilogy, McCarthy uses small characters to express morals and lessons to John Grady and Billy Parham. In All the Pretty Horses, John meets a grand panjandrum of a jail gang who teaches him to live life carefully and trust no one, not even himself. In The Crossing, Billy meets an old blind man who tells Billy about the changing times. McCarthys use of these types of characters is found throughout all of his novels and are unique to his style. Literary techniques are not all of McCarthys unique aspects. He writes with a unique use (or lack of use) of punctuation and grammar. Commas, quotation marks and sentence endings are very hard to find. In fact, there are no quotation marks in his novels. The following passage shows one sentence that is obviously run-on, but it flows in such a way that it doesnt need periods to separate it. Learn More About the Immigration Medical Exam A medical exam is required for all immigrant visas and some nonimmigrant visas, as well as for refugees and adjustment of status applicants. The purpose of the medical exam is to determine if individuals have health conditions that need attention prior to immigration. Doctors Authorized to Administer the Exam The medical exam must be performed by a physician approved by the U.S. government. GLOBAL LEADERSHIP The world economic forum is an independent international Organization committed to improving the state of world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agenda. H.M Queen Rania is also the chairperson for the nomination of young global leader at WEF. She was the only serving member from Arab world when she attended her first weekly at WEF in 2003. In Nov 2000, Queen Rania was invited to join the global leadership initiative of United Nations Children Fund in recognition of her concern to the cause of children and youth. Vaccine Fund is non-profit International Organization which harnesses resources to seek to provide vaccination of children in the countries of world. In early 2002, the board of Directors of International Youth Foundation has appointed Queen Rania as its member. This foundation is based in BALTIMORE in USA and helps young people to learn basic life skills, education and training. They need to succeed. Queen Rania is also the Honorary Chair of the Board of Governors of the Packman Terric institute of la Roche College (USA).This offers scholarships to young outstanding talented youth from developing countries. She is honorary President of the Arab Academy for Banking and financial Sciences. This is a pioneer institute in field of Banking and Financial activities. She is also honorary president of the Arab Women Labor Affairs Committee of Arab labor Organization. She is honorary chairperson of Jordan Chapter of operation Smile, which is an organization (a secular NGO) providing help to the children worldwide for surgeries of cleft lip and cleft palate. Queen Rania is also patron of the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) and was awarded by the Italian government for the achievement in this field of osteoporosis. Her majesty is the president of Jordan society for Organ Donation. (Her Majesty Queen Raina) Queen Rania: A Role Model for Future Generation Queen Rania is really an icon and role model for young generation. She is involved in so many activities for human well being that she can considered as one of the worlds greatest leaders. These activities include: Focus on quality and caliber of education for children especially for girl children. The most important project in this regard is Mordacity Palestine to rehabilitate and refurbish the public school of Jordan. She also started Mordacity Palestine for ovate dilapidated schools east Jerusalem. Her majesty also established Al Aman Fund in 2003 which works to provide education to the orphans. Community Empowerment : Jordan Rive Foundation a brain child of H.M Queen is a nonprofit NGO working in the field of community empowerment , started in Dec 1995.The foundation mission statement reads as follows: The foundations mission is to promote, in partnership with stakeholders, the development of a dynamic society by initiating and supporting sustainable social, economic, and cultural program that empowers community and individuals based as their needs and priorities This organization is committed to improve the lives of children and families through: National program Community Empowerment Program JRF Children Program JRF consist of the following components: A showroom in Jabal Amman. Bani Hamidias Womens Weaving Project. Based in Mukawir, near Madaba this project aims to improve the economical and social conditions of Bedouin women and children. Bani Hamida handicrafts are displayed by JRF in the showroom. Wadi Al Rajan Project for women empowerment consisting of a group involved in making handicraft items from locally available banana leaves and cattail reads. Her majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah has involved in all aspects of JRF. She is the chairperson of the Board of transteers of this fund and provides visionary leadership to the program. H.M Queen Rania Al Abdullah is actively involved in development of Jordans sustainable tourism through royal society for the conservation of Nature. Under her leadership Jordan is evolving as a safe and unique destination offering modern services with authenticity and heritage. Human Rights: HM Queen Rania has an excellent track record in the field of Human Rights. She is in particularly vocal against honor killing. On International Stage too, her majesty is a prominent figure especially in the front of global education and child welfare.UNICEF has invited her to join its global Leadership Initiative in recognition of her commitment to the cause of children. she was also named as the first eminent Advocate for children and also become Honorary Global Chairperson of the UNGEI(United Nations Girls Education Initiative) Queen Rania stresses particularly about the cross culture dialogue to promote greater understanding, tolerance and acceptance in the world. She always use her status to correct misconception about Islam, Arab world, and womens role in Islam Her majesty is also a member of many International Foundations and Forum like Foundation Board of young Global Leaders, world Economic Forums etc. It must be emphasized there are only some of the preoccupations of her majesty and are testimony of hard of Queen of Jordan in service of her nation and international Community. That is why she is a fit role model for any Jordanian youth in his/her future carrier. (Queen Raina of Jordan) LEADERSHIP REQUIRED BY UAE Before discussing the leadership required by UAE we must explore various theories of leadership. Leadership is a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in order to achieve a common goal. It must emphasized that a leader may or may not have a formal authority. There are eight types of major leadership theories prevailing in Contemporary world i.e. 1.Great Man Theories: These theories assume that the great man are borne and not made. These theories presume that leadership is inherited. These types of theories are predominately needed by military advantages and expeditions and in situation of crisis. 2. Trait Theories: These are the modifications of great man theories which presume that certain trait inheritance are required for a person to develop. These theories identify certain common characters in behavior of leaders. 3. Contingency Theory: It describes many variables for leadership to develop. As per this, any different type of leadership are required in different situations. Success is a result of interaction of different variables including the leadership style, qualities of followers and components of situation. 4. Situational Theories: These theories propose the choice of best action in a particular situation. This type of leadership is more appropriate for decision making. 5. Behavior Theories: These theories believe that great leaders are not born but are made. They are based on the action of leader in a particular situation and not on her mental abilities. According to these theories people can learn to become leader through training and education. 6. Participative Theories: Such leaders encourage participation and contribution from their followers and involve them in decision making process. 7. Management Theories: Management or transactional theories take in account the role of Supervision and group performance. As a matter of fact these are the blend of above discussed theories. This type of leadership depends on the reward and Punishment. Phenomenon is supposed to be best suited for business situations. 8. Relationship theories or Transformational Theories: These are based on the mutual understanding and relation bonding between leaders and followers. These leaders motivated inspire like a mentor i.e. they bring up the potential of individuals. Such leaders usually have high ethical and moral standards. Regarding UAE, a blend of almost all the theories except the first one(as there is no crisis or military expedition) are required to meet the challenges of business, social and cultural reforms, education requirement and health aspects. It must be realized that in UAE, the business management deals with the cultural diversity with many nationalities, ethical and cultural groups coming together to achieve a common goal. Moreover today is the era of virtual organization i.e. mostly the organizations are operating via electronic means and there is no face to face interaction of parties involved in the business. Online business is the word coined to denote such business outsourcing is the backbone of such organization along with the telecommunication. So, two different organization may enter into contract involve into exchange of services and payments without community in close contact with other. This may be called as Virtual Organization. This is to emphasize that leadership of these o f organization require a high degree of Managerial Capabilities especially with the phenomenon of globalization of market place i.e. the Integration of National Economic into the International ones through trade, foreign Direct Investment, Capital Flows, Migration Communication and transportation. This results into various nationalities etc to come on a common platform. The economy of UAE is mainly a business based one apart from being oil based. HSBC trade confidence index ranks 2nd in world behind India. So in the last it can be concluded that a leadership with strong managerial capabilities is the most suited one for UAE. (Queen Raina) HANDLING THE MULTICULTURAL WORKFORCE Multicultural Workforce refers to a non power of varying social, cultural, racing and ability characteristics. It is also denoted as diversified workforce. The main challenges is handling a diversified or multicultural workforce, is to accommodate the life style, ethical values, work style and need of these different group without compromising with the common goal on operations of an organization. A business leader can use the diverse characteristics of a multicultural human wealth to a strategic advantage with creativity. A multicultural workforce makes a good business opportunity. Organizations with corporate environment are now facing a difficult question i.e. Can Diversity be best treated by equal treatment or differential treatment? Although the advocated of anti discrimination may argue that it is inhuman or illegal in certain countries but some managers may argue that this premises ignores the fundamental of diversity i.e. the different behavior of the people from different nationality or Ethnic groups in different condition. For example an employee from the Far East may be happy if he is asked to work for more hours and paid for that extra period of time. On the other hand, the same person simply refused to work more if he will not be paid. But at the same time treating work force in a differential way may result into resentment and can erode morale. Such difficulties are enhanced when weaker sections of society like women are involved. However such difficulties may be addressed by simple measures like: Having warm attitude towards all employees regardless of their nationality, religion, or ethnical origin. This practice must exist at top managerial level without prejudice. Multi Cultural Dialogue: The man power of an organization diversified origins should be asked for a directed inter cultural dialogue. This means setting up a discussion group by top management with participants from different origins, nationality, ethnicity, or social backgrounds. This type of dialogues will result into exchange of cultural knowledge and the participants will learn more about why their co workers believe and act the way they do. This leads to a greater tolerance. Cross Cultural Training Seminars: holding of cross cultural training seminar is a positive approach to deal with a multiethnic workforce. Experts from multiethnic elations are to be involved in this type of approach to teach the employees to bridge the cultural gap between them. Such type of seminars may include value origin, world view and tolerance development. Core Values of Employees: This is perhaps the most important action that top management can have to understand the behavior of persons from different ethnic groups in their organization. So it is clear that a multicultural workforce is not a challenge rather an opportunity creation and approach management in an organization. DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP The effective leadership can impart great deal of motivation in his followers resulting into a high level of achievements. This must be realized that self learning is the most important tool to develop an effective leadership. As the leader is the mentor of his followers it is important for him to acquire more and more knowledge, skill and education to pass it to them. To develop a good leadership one must explain: A basic sense of the System of organization, its function and role and how they are integrated to achieve the goal of the organization. Functions of management, Leadership are one of them and their integration in the organization. A continuous training of the management methodology is a must in this regard. Different traits, models and theories of leadership including different domains of it. As each domain requires different approach and competencies in order to lead that domain a continuous coaching of the leader is a must to develop such qualities. Finally how one can develop his abilities in leadership in a formal or informal way Developing Effective Leaders: Developing leaders to be more effective comes under the domain of leadership development program, which refers to any activity undertaken with a view to enhance the quality and effectiveness of leadership in an organization. These activities may range from management program like MBA, Business diplomas or any post graduate courses offer by companies owned universities, action learning i.e. an Education process of learning by ones own action and experiences in order to improve performance. There may be high rope courses, which are challenging outdoor personal development and team building activity. Such programs are usually constructed in trees or made of utility poles and require strict safety measures to be followed. However there is a non census to be followed about their utility in developing effective leadership. It is also to be emphasized at this level that leaders are rather developed internally rather than recruited. Future Leadership Requirement Model: A leader with focus more on Strategic issues and organizational changes, rather than current operational problem.
